Matthew Barlow

Matt’s career began as an architect. During this time, he led several high-profile commercial interior projects for corporate clients where he was highly interactive with the construction and client management industries. It was this interaction that allowed him to identify his passion for construction. His approach to construction management was from the client’s perspective. Through this method, he can consistently add value to his project team by excelling in site logistics, contractor buy-outs and value engineering.

Over the course of fifteen years, Matt’s combined experiences and understanding of both design and construction allowed him to fully transition to the role of client and owner project management where he worked for a major financial institution. During this time, he developed practices and procedures that created effective design and project execution plans.

Matt brings to the table a unique perspective and experience that allows him to make effective decisions and recommendations. He is constantly leveraging his ability to manage all project disciplines in a collaborative and coordinated manner to streamline decision making while mitigating risk. Matt’s character and personal accountability are the driving force behind all teams and projects he leads. He takes tremendous pride in the work he performs and is constantly striving for success.
